Equitable Pricing
I am dedicated to creating a practice that integrates individual healing with community healing. I recognize that one is not truly possible without the other. This model is used within the private practice, Our Collective, that I am a part of and I have continued to use this model in my own work. I am continuously learning how to create an equitable pricing model for 50-minute individual session that supports the sacred energetic exchange of healing.

Locating Yourself Within This Model
In healing from trauma, Our Collective uplifts the impact of oppressive systems, such as white supremacy and capitalism, and collectively move towards building community through shared, collective resources. To that end, there are three levels to locate yourself on the equitable pricing model: 1) Collective Care, 2) Market Rate and 3) Reduced Rate. I reserve 25% of my openings for reduced rate clients and at this time I am not accepting and new clients in this reduced rate range. At this This model is intended to have everyone who can pay the market rate do so, even if this means changing your budgeting. The intention is not for clients to find a rate that they would prefer to pay, but to locate a rate that is closest to the flat rate that is accessible to them. Contributing to a collective rate allows me to serve those who are unemployed, underemployed or underinsured.
Due to my schedule, capacity, and needs, there may be times that I am not able to work with individuals at a reduced rate but am always happy to provide referrals to therapists that may be able to offer a reduced rate or other additional resources.

Collective Care Rate
50-min sessions = $250+
90-min sessions = $500+
single event Intensive = $3,500
weekday EMDR Intensives = $5,000
weekend EMDR Intensives = $7,000
Individuals choose this rate when they are able to pay a higher rate without experiencing hardship. Choosing this rate helps ensure those who have fewer resources are able to meet with me at a reduced rate sustainably.

Market Rate
50-min sessions = $230
90-min sessions = $450
single event Intensive = $3,000
weekday EMDR Intensives = $4,500
weekend EMDR Intensives = $6,000
Individuals choose this rate when they are able to meet their basic needs comfortably along with a few expendable wants budgeted in.

Reduced Rate Range
No reduced openings at this time
50-min sessions = $115-175
90-min sessions = $225-340
single event Intensive = $1,500-$2,250
weekday EMDR Intensives = $2,250-3,375
weekend EMDR Intensives = $3,000-4,500
Individuals with limited financial resources (i.e. unemployed, underemployed, uninsured) with limited or no access to a safety net are eligible for this rate.
